Shuck Like a Pro with ORP!

Interested in honing your oyster shucking skills or looking to learn? On Sunday, January 21 at 1pm, join the Oyster Recovery Partnership at Grapes Wine Bar as they demonstrate the art of oyster shucking using hands-on instruction. Tickets are $75 per person and include oysters, three course lunch with wine pairing, your own mini shucking station and take-home shucking knife. A percentage of each ticket will go to the Oyster Recovery Partnership, an Annapolis-based nonprofit and national leader in Chesapeake Bay oyster restoration.
Not into shucking oysters? Join us for lunch anyway! Non-shucking tickers are also available.
Course One: Winter Salad
Crisp greens, bosc pears, red onion, shaved carrots, bell pepper, cherry tomato, dried cranberries, avocado, candied pecans, and balsamic vinaigrette
