Here is a sneak peek of Friday's menu.....

Course One –Mixed Green Salad  

 Mixed Greens, Crisp Summer Apples, Dried Cranberries, Pepitas, Fried Goat Cheese, Served with a tangy Lemon Maple Vinaigrette 

Course Two – Halibut En Papillote

Halibut En Papillote, Summer Squash, Fresh Heirloom Tomatoes, served with Fluffy Jasmine Rice

Course Three – Surf and Turf

Creekstone NY Strip Steak, Lobster Tail, Fresh Greens, and topped with Creamy Herb Butter
