Penedès, Spain
Tasting: 100% Pinot Noir, natural elegant, pink salmon color and persistent bubbles. Aromas of wild raspberries and currants. Subtle toast and spice notes bring a generous fruity finish.

Wine Making: The Emendis Estate dates back over 800 years. Harvested fruit macerates for 8 hours to achieve desired. Aged 14 months before disgorgement and dosage.

Rías Baixas, Spain
Tasting: Flavors of citrus peel, chalky mineral, and floral aromatics convey the essence of a coastal wine. Ripe orchard fruit, peach and melon lead to classic saline flavors on the finish.

Wine Making: From 30-year-old estate vines. Hand-harvested and sorted. Fermented and aged in stainless steel with gentle stirring for 3 months.

Rioja, Spain
Tasting: Powerful, complex, and deep cherry red in color. The nose incorporates bright red fruit with darker, savory elements. Round tannins provide structure and oak is subtly integrated.

Wine Making: Blended Tempranillo, Garnacha, Graciano. Hand-harvested, carefully sorted, and vinified separately. Tempranillo ages four months in French oak, Garnacha and Graciano mature in concrete tanks.

Ribera del Duero, Spain
Tasting: Full-bodied and intense aromas of blackberry, licorice, and subtle mineral. The oak is well integrated, with fine vanilla and toast notes. Ripe tannins bring a mouthfeel that is silky, bold and balanced.

Wine Making: From select estate vines aging 60 to 80 years near Pesquera de Duero. Handpicked and fermented naturally. Aged 12 months in 75% French and 25% American oak.

Alicante, Spain
Tasting: Intense ruby color and great powerful flavor, fruity aromas, hints of blackberry toasted with ripe tannins.

Wine Making: Vineyards are planted in a “bush” system. Bunches and individual grapes are hand-picked and aged 15 months in French oak bringing harmony to the high level of tannins.
